Statistical Days 2025

Information about the conference

Statistical Days 2025 will be held on 9-10 June 2025 in Tampere.  The keynote speaker is Professor Jörn-Steffen Pischke  (London School of Economics, UK).

Place : Tampere University city centre campus (Virta), Virta 109 Auditorio, Åkerlundinkatu 5, 33100 Tampere, Finland
 

Registration and participation fee

Early registration (27.2.-30.4.2025):

  • Members of the Society (dinner included): 80 €
  • Non-members (dinner included): 130 €
  • Speakers of the Statistical Days (dinner included): 25 €
  • Students without dinner: 10 €
  • Student members of the Society with dinner: 80 €
  • Students without a student membership of the Society with dinner: 90 €

 

Normal registration (1.5.-25.5.2025):

  • Members of the Society (dinner included): 100 €
  • Non-members (dinner included): 150 €
  • Speakers of the Statistical Days (dinner included): 25 €
  • Students without dinner: 10 €
  • Student members of the Society with dinner: 90 €
  • Students without a student membership of the Society with dinner: 100 €

 

Registration cancellation:

  • If you cancel your registration by May 25, 2025, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
  • The registration fee will not be refunded if the cancellation is made after May 25, 2025!I

 

Research showcase

The Statistical Days will host the event "Research showcase" for the second time. It consists of  presentations (20 min. + discussion 10 min.). The presentations should cover high-quality Finnish research that has been recently published or accepted for publication in a way that is understandable to statisticians other than those specialized in the field.
